A villa is rented whole. Nobody else uses the pool, the garden or the terrace; meals are served when you want them, and children can be noisy without anyone minding. For a group, the cost per person can come in below a hotel's: at two guests per bedroom, our starting prices work out from about €60 a head per night.

Booking
How booking a villa works
Prices on the site are starting rates. The price for your dates depends on the season and the number of guests, so every booking starts with a short conversation with a person, not an online basket.
Our villas usually ask for a minimum stay of three nights, and Christmas, New Year and Easter book up early. The contract sets the deposit and cancellation terms for each house; read deposits, contracts and cancellation before you pay anything, anywhere.
