This Villa from the 1950s, completely redesigned a few years ago by the architect Roger Herrera, is dedicated to the art of living together in intimacy in a refined atmosphere where it is good to rest from the tumult outside.

The villa consists of a TV Home Cinema lounge, a dining room for 10 to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a small terrace with a round teak table overlooking the garden, as well as a large living room open to the swimming pool.

The panoramic terrace overlooks the lush vegetation of the Majorelle district. You can rest in the swimming pool (8mx3m) with deckchairs all around.
You also have at your disposal an outdoor lounge, a barbecue and parking.

Housekeeper/cook & housekeeper service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., gardener/caretaker.
