Villa rental prices vary according to the accommodation capacity, the surface area and the services offered. The prices of the villas offered by UNLIMITED MARRAKECH range from 8,400€ / week to 35,000€ / week. The price variations are justified by the accommodation capacity of the villa, in number of people and bedrooms, as well as the services offered in the latter such as a swimming pool, a spa, number of bathrooms, etc.
The services offered differ according to each villa. We invite you to check on each description of the villa which elements are included in the rental price and which require the payment of a supplement. In most cases, the villas have the following services: swimming pool, alarm system, barbecue, internet, spa, kitchen, bathrooms and many more.
It will be necessary to count additional costs for your food, your transport, your outings, your telephone calls. The agency’s concierge service is at your disposal to take care of your transport, excursion, restaurant, treatment and staff reservations.
The minimum stay in UNLIMITED MARRAKECH villas is 3 nights.
Generally, taxes such as VAT are included in the prices shown. Otherwise, it is specified.
We do not accept a cancellation period without penalty
In most cases, the reservation deposit is never refundable. You will therefore be asked to pay 100% of the total rental amount if you cancel within 45 days of your departure.
A postponement of reservation may possibly be possible in the event of force majeure such as the closing of borders, a death in the family or an illness.
All the necessary details for your arrival will be sent to you a few weeks before your departure. Your arrival will be organized jointly with the agency service. You can be escorted by one of our representatives who will pick you up at the airport and take you in his vehicle directly to your villa. The price of this service will then vary according to the number of people and the type of car chosen. If you arrive by your own means or through a rental car, we will give you the address of the villa so that you can get there. On site, you will be welcomed by the villa manager who will give you the keys and give you a tour of the villa.
