The exceptional service at the Palais Mauresque is provided by a permanent staff of five people, led by renowned chef Fakkhredine, formerly of Sofitel Rabat. Welcomed and served by Yahya, former butler at the Royal Mansour, and his assistant Assane. The impeccable maintenance of the palace is entrusted to Fatima, assisted by her assistant during periods of occupation. Finally, a guardian and a gardener ensure the security and splendor of the estate.
